1.1Align Zoning

Align zoning with the Future Land Use Plan to ensure desired development patterns and densities can be readily achieved; update zoning districts (or develop new zoning districts) and design standards for centers and corridors and other land use categories as necessary to address desired mix of uses; height, massing, and scale; housing types; transitions to existing neighborhoods; and pedestrian, bicycle, and transit accessibility, and other considerations outlined in the goals and policies contained in this Plan.
