Develop parameters for the adaptive reuse of older buildings and create resources that explain the challenges and opportunities for adaptive reuse of structure with the update of the International Building Code.

City adopted the International Existing Building Code in 2021.

This code describes the minimum of code compliance for the reuse of existing structures.
