2.12Reduce gaps in trail system

Progress

Implement a pilot project to explore the feasibility of utilizing City right-of-way to complete gaps in the trails system.

Completed work:

Spring Gulch #2 Phase 3 to continue Spring Gulch #2 Greenway and connect to the existing trail and underpass at State Highway119.

Current work underway to continue to infill existing gaps in our trail system include:

Rough and Ready Trail replacement between Mountain View Avenue and Pace Street (Design 2025, Construction 2026)
Continuation of the Dry Creek Greenway Trail at Hover St. to continue east to Sunset Street (Design 2025, Construction 2026)
St. Vrain Greenway Phase 13 to connect Sandstone Ranch with St. Vrain State Park

Upcoming work:

St. Vrain Greenway Phase 12 (continue St. Vrain Greenway westward to connect to Airport Road and ultimately the Boulder County trail system)
Trend Homes Trail from 9th Ave. and Pace St. to Independence
