Replacement was originally projected for 2024 based on the asset's estimated lifecycle. A Total Park Health Assessment was conducted in 2025 to prioritize the replacement of this playground in comparison with other city owned playgrounds with funds available in 2026. It was determined this playground is not in need of immediate replacement and is still serviceable. This playground will continue to be assessed in coming years.

Although these site furnishings were originally identified for replacement based on asset age, they were not replaced at that time as they did not present safety concerns and were found to be in acceptable condition with remaining useful life. They will continue to be assessed annually, and replacement funding will be requested as their condition warrants.
