    Playground

    Replacement was originally projected for 2024 based on the asset's estimated lifecycle. A Total Park Health Assessment will be conducted in 2025 to prioritize the replacement of this playground in comparison with other city owned playgrounds with funds available in 2026. If it is determined that immediate replacement is not required, the playground will continue to be monitored annually, and funding will be requested in the coming years to support its eventual replacement.

    Site Furnishing Replacement

    Although these site furnishings were originally identified for replacement based on asset age, they were not replaced at that time as they did not present safety concerns and were found to be in acceptable condition with remaining useful life. They will continue to be assessed annually, and replacement funding will be requested as their condition warrants.
