Replacement was anticipated in 2025 due to projected end of asset lifecycle. Upon a condition assessment that occurred, this asset is not in need of replacement currently. Assessments will continue to be conducted in future years to determine when replacement will be required.

Perimeter beds received new concrete borders with new water wise perennial plants added to the beds.
The signage updates at this park were delayed to align with the City of Longmont’s new signage branding standards, which were under development from 2022 and finalized in 2024. Now that these standards are complete, updated signage will be implemented in parks scheduled for renewal and in locations where existing signs are in poor condition and due for replacement.
