Tasks

What's left to do?

  • Todo2022

    Site Furnishing Replacement

Although these site furnishings were originally identified for replacement based on asset age, they were not replaced at that time as they did not present safety concerns and were found to be in acceptable condition with remaining useful life. They will continue to be assessed annually, and replacement funding will be requested as their condition warrants.

  • Todo2022

    Restroom Renewal

Replacement due to projected end of asset lifecycle.

  • Todo2022

    Signage Update

The signage updates at this park were delayed to align with the City of Longmont’s new signage branding standards, which were under development from 2022 and finalized in 2024. Now that these standards are complete, updated signage will be implemented in parks scheduled for renewal and in locations where existing signs are in poor condition and due for replacement.

  • Todo2022

    Playground Replacement

Although replacement was originally projected for 2022 based on the asset's estimated lifecycle, a Total Park Health Assessment conducted in 2025 determined that the playground remains safe and serviceable, and immediate replacement is not required. The playground will continue to be monitored annually, and funding will be requested in the coming years to support its eventual replacement.

  • Todo2027

    Lighting Update

Replacement due to projected end of asset lifecycle.

  • Todo2042

    Shelter Renewal
