City Code Update
The City of Longmont has updated our development code to be in compliance with Colorado state law (SB24-005 and HB25-1113) to restrict new non-functional turf in new/redeveloped non-residential projects.
By limiting high water consuming ground cover and encouraging water-wise landscape policies, Longmont will play an important role in water conservation in Colorado.
