Description
The recommendations were divided into two categories: 1) Equity Assessment and 2) Overarching Equitable Climate Action Recommendations. These recommendations were combined into an internal climate equity checklist that staff is working to adopt into different programs and processes. Read the full Equitable Climate Action Recommendations from the Climate Action Recommendations Report here.
Recommendations are also applied by the Equitable Climate Action Team, which includes impacted Longmont community members who continue to meet monthly and apply their climate equity discussion guide to different City programs. View the Sustainability Plan action E-4 for updates on this team.
