Description

The Housing and Community Investment Division administers an annual funding application cycle for affordable housing development projects, using both local and federal HUD resources. The funding cycle encourages public-private partnerships to maximize leveraging of public funds. On June 25, 2024, City Council approved over $3 Million of funding awards for affordable housing projects, including rehabilitation, new construction, and land acquisition projects.
