Actively collaborate with local and regional providers about health and human services needs and resources to determine the most efficient and effective methods for delivering and improving access to these services.
This work is active and ongoing with various regional partners. In 2024 we began to look at Food Security and examined how to leverage our resources to meet the community need around Food Access. Areas that are being explored: Senior Population, Children, Youth and Families and Human Services Funding Efforts.
Active partnerships with Family Resource Network, Opioid Operational Work Group, Food Security Network, FFN Advisory Council, etc. to address child care, basic needs and substance use.
This is ongoing work and will continue to change as needs change.
Collaboration with local child care providers, SVVSD, and State FFN advisory council to provide recourses and gather information about local FFN provider needs.
