3.5Monitor Housing Trends

Work with area partners to routinely monitor housing trends to identify gaps in types of housing, affordable housing and housing for target demographic groups (i.e. seniors, disabled, students) and modify incentive programs as needed to address gaps.

The City regularly monitors housing trends in order to take a data-driven approach to housing policy decisions. The City's most recent Housing Needs Assessment was completed in July 2023 and will be updated before December 31, 2026 in order to comply with new state requirements enacted by SB24-174 Sustainable Affordable Housing Assistance.
