In November of 2023, Boulder County Voted "yes" in support of extending the existing 0.185% affordable housing sales and use tax for an additional 15 years, with the revenue going to funding the construction, maintenance, and renovation of affordable and attainable housing. Staff will be taking part in discussions regarding how this tax could ultimately benefit Longmont / Boulder County Seniors.

Research the viability of personal care boarding homes as an option to address both the City’s growing need for housing options for older adults and support services.
