The Advance Longmont Ecosystem partners are reevaluating the best methods and opportunities to support the creation of modern office space and other spaces within Longmont's urban centers, corridors, and primary employment areas.

Develop and modify existing incentives to target the creation of modern office space within the Downtown/CBD and the City’s Regional Centers and Primary Employment areas.
