February 2025: New deck furniture was added to give visitors more places to sit and tables to keep their things off the floor.
March 2025: A new security keypad was installed at Centennial Pool to help improve safety.
May 2025: Tile repairs were finished on the pool deck stairwells and other busy areas to make them safer and easier to walk on.
August 2024: Centennial Pool was closed for three weeks, from August 5 to August 25, to make several improvements. Workers fixed the pool’s water autofill line and added a new Inter-Glass pool liner. They removed the two 1-meter diving board stands and sent them to south Denver to be repaired, then brought them back and reinstalled them. New flooring was added in the ramp and hallway areas. All the light fixtures in the men’s and women’s locker rooms were replaced. The walls, doors, and handrails were repainted throughout the building. The upstairs bleachers were taken out, and one new treadmill and upright bike were added to the fitness room. The pool was refilled and reopened at 6 a.m. on Monday, August 26.
December 2024: The front desk got updates to help switch to a new credit card system. Hillcrest Glass helped with a few projects, like putting up mirrors in the workout studio at Centennial Pool and replacing a broken office window at Sunset Pool. On December 12, a new door with a window was installed in the remodeled observation room. The next day, new fitness equipment arrived at Centennial Pool, including a rower, elliptical, treadmill, and upright bike.
