Tasks

What are we doing?

  • Todo1/2025

    Launch the Induction Cooktop Program.

Due to the positive results of the induction cooking program pilot performed in 2023, the Sustainable Business Program will reintroduce the induction cooking program starting August 2024.

This program reduces restaurant employees' risks, enhances local businesses' energy efficiency, and contributes to environmental sustainability by promoting the use of induction cooktops. We invite Longmont's local food service industry to experience the benefits of induction cooking and consider adopting this technology in their commercial kitchens.
