The City is participating in the regional plan and state efforts for consistent and coordinated EV education.

Expand work with local partners to launch a series of electric vehicle (EV) education and awareness campaigns focused on City staff, residents, local businesses, public sector, and car dealerships.

Longmont is a participating community that developed and is now implementing the Regional Transportation Electrification Plan for Boulder County Communities, which includes a focus on education and outreach around EV's.

Boulder County received a CFI grant to fund installation of EV charging infrastructure across the County. Longmont will be supporting the implementation of that grant over the next three years.
