Work will begin in 2024 for construction of safety and mobility projects along the Diagonal Highway/CO 119/Ken Pratt Blvd. This will include a complete reconstruction of the CO 119/Hover St intersection in the next two years providing a Boulder-bound underpass for general traffic and bicycles/pedestrians as well as a new bidirectional concrete bikeway in the median of CO 119 between Boulder and Longmont.
