Description
The housing rehabilitation program completed 71 repairs on 20 income qualified homes in 2023, 13 repairs on 5 homes in early 2024, and is currently working with several more income qualified households to complete needed rehabilitation by the end of 2024. Repairs include health, safety, efficiency, and accessibility improvements on mobile/manufactured homes as well as site-built homes.

Longmont Housing Authority received a 2024 $200,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) award from the City of Longmont's Housing and Community Investment Division. The project will replace original hotel doors and hardware on all units at The Suites Permanent Supportive Housing community, located at 2000 Sunset Way, Longmont, CO 80501. The door replacement will improve conditions for residents and contribute to better trauma-informed design.
