Description
The housing rehabilitation program completed repairs on 20 income qualified homes in 2023 and on 2 homes in 2024. Repairs include health, safety, efficiency, and accessibility improvements on mobile/manufactured homes as well as site-built homes. In 2024, the City completed a Request For Proposals (RFP) process to select a qualified third party to run the day-to-day administration of the program. The program management transition, including updates to the program guidelines, will be complete in the first half of 2025.
