As part of the Sustainable Business Program, the Induction Cooktop Program was launched to support local food service businesses in adopting cleaner cooking technologies and sustainable practices. The program aims to raise awareness about the benefits of induction cooking compared to traditional gas stoves, with a focus on improving energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing employee safety.
This initiative also provides ongoing support, guidance, and technical assistance to participating restaurants, helping them transition to greener operations while maintaining high-quality food service.
