Demonstrating the benefits of building electrification options involves showcasing technologies in the community in ways that people can experience first hand. Current examples include the portable induction cooktop lending program and the Whole Home Health retrofit program that bundles efficiency/weatherization, electrification, and health and safety upgrades (including added cooling).

Longmont is supporting Boulder County's induction cooktop lending program by offering a local pick-up and drop-off location for Longmont community members to check out a cooktop kit that includes a single-burner induction hob and cookware for two weeks.
