Description
In addition to the current electrification incentives offered through Platte River's Efficiency Works and those coming from the State of Colorado, efforts include considering incentives to offset the cost of neighborhood infrastructure upgrades; public health incentives focused on cooling; a complementary City tax incentive for local businesses eligible for the State of Colorado 179D tax credit; and incentives that encourage projects for income-qualified populations.
